If you are part of an ACS attack, then everyone in the ACS attack must give their consent before an attack is posted. If someone doesn't wish the world to know they have a nice fat fleet, then they have the right to keep that information private to our Alliance.

Procedure the folling:

CR should be published on our Forum, in a part which is accessible for all attack participants. In the same thread all participants should give their ok on posting to Ogame Board. After this CR can be published there.

If any of the patricipants do not attand our Forum - ingame msg is ok as well.
